Background
Born in 1777 as Wilhelmina King, daughter of a radical preacher. King leads the Air Loom Gang, a group of radicals seeking to make Britain more egalitarian. They masquerade as a wealthy Royal Navy captain using false service records created under the influence of the Air Loom, a mind-manipulating machine. King planned to use the Air Loom on high society at a soirée to advance the Gang’s revolutionary aims.
