Viscount de Montferrand. French aristocrat and former cavalry officer who hosts the party at Palais_Kinsky in Vienna. Member of the Order_of_St_Aelfric, recruited during the Vienna chapter. Led the charge to the Polizeidirektion and delivered the killing blow to the Nightgaunt.
