Overview

Giles Mercer was an Order of St. Aelfric investigator assigned to monitor occult activity beneath the stage at an unnamed London theater. During his investigation, he discovered and encountered a minor cult ritual—and was killed or permanently incapacitated in the encounter.

The monologue he recited before his death provided the initial clue that led to the discovery of the Aeternum Choir’s existence.

Status

Mercer is deceased as of the campaign start. His final moments and the intelligence he gathered before death serve as the mission briefing hook for the investigators.
