A highly restricted sublevel of the Voss Campus R&D facility, accessible only through Voss personally. The level houses The Portal — a circular, wavy arch whose surface shimmers like heat rising off asphalt — which connects to the planet Terra.
The room is staffed by scientists and filled with research equipment dedicated to studying the portal and the meteor fragments used in its construction. Access is the most tightly controlled of any area on the campus.
