Corpulent and impeccably dressed, with an air of cultured eccentricity that tips easily into something menacing. Wears sweet cologne. Obsessed with his own appearance and presentation, he carries himself with the bombastic confidence of a man who believes he is the cleverest person in any room.
Background
Dr. Thornton Beamish is a dubious physician whose credentials are questionable — he ran afoul of the Royal College of Physicians at some point in his career. He has since devoted himself to occult study and genuine sorcery. He tutors Henry Mortimer in the dark arts, guiding the curse-transfer ritual that would move Charlotte’s ghoul affliction into another vessel. Beamish is overly flattering to strangers and cultured in manner, but his only real concern is the success of his experiments. He owns a flintlock pistol and knows the spell Implant Fear.

When Marina_Garrick fled the dinner table, Beamish grabbed her but she went dead-weight and broke free, injuring him. He shot Marina in the back as she ran for the door. After Marina was tied to the ritual chair in the attic and broke free, Charlotte — now fully feral — consumed both Beamish and Henry.
